Jonathan Edelson, MD, FCCP, FAASM


Dr. Edelson completed his medical education at Ross University, where he graduated with honors. He first experienced Buffalo as a resident in Internal Medicine at SUNY Buffalo. He received his training in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at North Shore University Hospital in Long Island, New York and subsequently relocated to Buffalo in 2005. He has been published in both medical journals and textbooks and has participated in clinical research as well. Dr. Edelson is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (FAASM) and American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP). He is a partner of The Pulmonary Group of Western New York, LLP and led the expansion of the group into Niagara County through his work in the Eastern Niagara Hospital System. He currently sees patients at both the Williamsville and Lockport offices.
